Do not over cleanse your skin with harsh soaps and scrubs. Instead, use gentle foaming cleansers, or face wash to cleanse your skin.
Use luke warm water to cleanse your skin. Hot water strips the skin of moisture and causes it dry out even more.
Gently mist your face with through the day with a natural blend of rosewater, mint, and glycerin. These natural ingredients will not you’re your pores, and will help to keep your skin smooth, supple, and flawless.
Daily misting works very well for harsh dry/cold climates, and being in air-conditioned, or heating buildings.
Do not overly scrub the skin with abrasive scrubs, or tough wash cloths. Be gentle in how you handle your skin.
Select natural toners that do not strip the skin and cause tightness and dryness. Toners that contain alcohol and witch hazel can strip the skin, removing the natural protective layer of the skin. Instead, select toners that contain more natural ingredients such as peppermint oil.
Select water based moisturizers that provide natural moisturizing benefits without clogging your pores. Some oil based products that we use to nourish the skin on our bodies can clog the pores on our skin. Water based moisturizers provide excellent nourishing properties without clogging the pores and causing breakouts.
